Prayer in WP(MD). 1371/ 2021 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records passed by the 3rd respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.32/2018/Ra3 dt 26.10.2018 and consequential proceedings of the 2nd respondent herein passed in O.Mu No.6361/Ka Pi 1/3/2019 dt 26.08.2019 and quash the same and to direct the respondents herein to reinburse the medical expenses of Rs.3,85,763/- met by the petitioners wife with interest as fixed by this Honble High Court from the date of her application to the date of actual payment and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
