ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to comply the directions as per order dated 26.04.2025.

2. This Court suo motu implead the Inspector of Police, Marthandam, Kanyakumari District as the fifth respondent, as the order passed by the first respondent dated 26.04.2025 is to be implemented by the fifth respondent.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause tile.

4. Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the fifth respondent.

5. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the fifth respodent to implement the order dated 26.04.2024 passed by the first respondent in proceedings bearing Mu.Mu.C3/2915880/2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
