The civil revision petition is filed against the order passed by the Sub Court, Thirumangalam in I.A.No.346 of 2011 in H.M.O.P.No.190 of 2011, dated 20.04.2018.

2. None appeared on behalf of the revision petitioner.

3. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that this Court, vide order dated 07.06.2018, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- as interim maintenance to the respondents herein for every month along with arrears amount. However, the revision petitioner failed to comply with the order passed by this Court. Further, the present revision petition is filed against the order passed in I.A.No.346 of 2011, dated 20.04.2018, wherein the Court below directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- to his wife and to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- to his son as interim maintenance. The Court below also directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards expenses and to pay entire arrears of maintenance within six months. The learned counsel for the respondents would further contend that the revision petitioner failed to comply either the order passed by the Court below or the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order passed by this Court.

4. The revision petitioner is working in a Government Organisation as observed by the Court below and he was drawing a sum of Rs.28,000/- as monthly salary. Such being the case, this Court do not find any justified reason for not paying the arrears of interim maintenance by the revision petitioner as ordered by the Court below and it is the deliberate intention not to pay maintenance to his wife and son. Further, none appeared on behalf of the revision petitioner. Therefore, the revision petitioner is not entitled for any relief. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
