To allow the appeal and set aside the judgment of the lower court in Sessions Case No.94/2018 dated 30.07.2021 on the file of the Hon'ble Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ZUBAITHA BANU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 06.01.2022 in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.111 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD).No.423 of 2021. 2.By the above said order, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Crl.M.P.(MD).No.11440 of 2022 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition before the trial Court regularly.
4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in six months at 10.30 p.m., until further orders.
