ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.66 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the President of the Village Panchayat; he was not present in the place of occurrence and he is falsely implicated in this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case in Crime No.146 of 2018.
4. It appears that the earlier application filed by the petitioner came to be dismissed as if the petitioner is having one previous case. This the second application of the petitioner herein.
5. This Court find no change of circumstance and this petition deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
