ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent bank on instructions submits that the tractor which is the subject matter of this writ petition has already has been sold to a third party by the bank and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2.The petitioner has challenged the sale notice dated 06.03.2014 issued by the respondent bank. As the Tractor has already been sold, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
