Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner appears to be aggrieved by the written information said to have been furnished by one Gnanasekaran and Subburaya Takkar. If the petitioner feels aggrieved, he can as well lodge a criminal prosecution against them. The petitioner cannot compel that the Tahsildar, Sivakasi must take action against them.

3. Granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal action against the said individuals, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
