Prayer in Crl.A(MD) No.461 of 2022:- This Criminal Appeal filed under section 14 A(2) of SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, to set aside the order dated 04.07.2022 passed in Cr.MP No1103 of 2022 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trail of SC/ST(POA)Act cases, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur and pass an order to release the petitioner on bail under section 167 (2)(a)(1) of Cr.P.C in conncetion with Crime No.05 of 2021 on the file of Inspector of Police, All Women Police station, Virudhunagar District. 1/3

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Jeyakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

"This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 02.08.2022 in Crl.A.(MD). No.461 of 2022.

2.By the above said order, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the second respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition before the second respondent regularly. Now the final report has been filed before the concerned Special Court and it was not taken cognizance till now. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Special Court on receipt of summons."
