ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29(1) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in Crime No.384 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 1.540 KG of ganja illegally. Hence, the complaint was lodged.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 5.Considering the fact that 1.540 kgs of ganja was recovered and the arrested accused implicated the petitioner and that there are materials in the form of CDR particulars to connect the petitioner, this is not a fit case for enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
