ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to issue separate Patta in her favour in respect of the property situated in S.No.366/1A2A, Thenkarai Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District on the basis of the compromise decree passed in O.S.No.60 of 2020 on the file of the Subordinate Judge of Periyakulam dated 15-03-2024 and the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondent.
3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2/4
4. According to the petitioner, the subject property was allotted to her share in the compromise decree passed in O.S.No.60 of 2020. Based on the sale decree, the petitioner submitted a representation before the respondent on 04.08.2024, seeking issuance of separate patta in her name. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondent would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 04.08.2024 will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expression any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and other interested parties.
