PRAYER in W.P(MD)No.13452 of 2015 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring the Land Acquisition proceedings initiated by the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.434/2000 dated 05.07.2001 in respect of land in S.No.330 to the extent of 56 cents situate at Nenmani Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District as lapsed in view of Section 24(2) of the right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Act 2013.

at Nenmani Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District as lapsed in view of Section 24(2) of the right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Act 2013.
