W.P.(MD).Nos.4448 and 5045 of 2014 For Petitioner (in both petitions) : Mr.T.Antony Arul Raj For Respondents (in both petitions) : Mr.A.U.Ramanathan COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that W.P.(MD)No.4448 of 2014 was filed challenging the charge memo, dated 05.02.2014. The charge memo against the petitioner was that he had not joined in the transfer place and he has filed a writ petition challenging the transfer order in respect of the order of transfer, the writ petitioner filed W.P.(MD)No.5045 of 2014, challenging the order of transfer. 2.In view of the fact that the writ petitioner attained the age of superannuation and retired from service on 31.07.2019, no further action would be taken in respect of the charge memo and in respect of the impugned transfer order issued, which is under challenge in W.P.(MD)No.5045 of 2014 and the same became infructuous.

3.Thus, both the writ petitions deserves no further adjudication and accordingly, these writ petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
