PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation under the supervision of the 1st respondent and to file a final report in Crime No.4 of 2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent Police Station and file the same before the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2.The learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents has submitted that entire investigation is completed and the charge sheet is also made ready and it is kept pending only for getting clearance from the Government in respect of sanction, as the accused is an IPS officer. He has also filed a sealed cover containing the copy of the charge sheet. 3.Considering the above, since the investigation has already been completed and copy of the charge sheet is also made ready, no further directions 2/4
can be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
