Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.x1/4325/2018 dated 01.06.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to hold a general counselling in connection with the transfer of Teachers, Matrons and Wardens working under the control of the second respondent in Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department for the academic year of 2018-2019 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.
