ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to disburse the service benefits and statutory dues payable to the petitioner for the period of his suspension from 25.04.2014 to 18.11.2014, together with interest at 12% per annum, by considering his representation dated 26.06.2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the eligible subsistence allowance has been paid to the petitioner and also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 13.02.2026.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ Petition is closed. No Costs.
