Today the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. There was no representation on the side of the petitioner, on the last hearing date i.e., on 09.02.2022. Today the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time to argue the matter. Already sufficient indulgence has been shown to the petitioner as seen from the earlier proceedings. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. It is a matter of the year 2014.

2.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
