2.Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the second petitioner worked as a house maid in the first petitioner's house to take care of his old aged mother and after the demise of his mother in the year 2022, there is no relationship, whatsoever, between the petitioners 1 & 2. However, in the order dated 04.08.2025, in the submissions made by the petitioners' Counsel, it has been inadvertently referred that the petitioners are living together. Therefore, he prayed for appropriate modification. 3.In view of the above submission, Registry shall remove the sentence "Thereafter, the first petitioner is leading his life with the second petitioner." from paragraph no.3 (submissions of the petitioners' Counsel) of the order dated 04.08.2025 and issue amended copy to the parties concerned and upload the amended copy in the website.
