[R-8 to R-19 are impleaded vide Court order dated 09.06.2025 in WMP (MD) No.25756/2024 in WP(MD)No.20673/2024] PRAYER : Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the order of the 1st respondent in No.3500/J/2021 dated 05.07.2023 and quash the same.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of of Certiorari to quash the order of the 1st respondent, dated 05.07.2023. 2.The impugned order is passed under Section 77(A). It is seen from the records that the petitioner and the private respondents are parties in the civil suit. Subsequently, the parties have contested the suit elaborately and the suit was allowed and share has been divided and allocated to be respective parties. The suit was ordered as per law. Despite intimating the pendency of the suit, the 1st respondent has hurriedly passed the impugned order under Section 77(A). Hence, the impugned order is set aside and the parties shall adhere to the judgment rendered in the suit.

3.With the above said observations, the writ petition is allowed. No costs.
