Cont P.(MD).No.1436 of 2019 to have been executed by the father-in-law in favour of her husband, the petitioner can agitate her right in the manner known to law as this Court has no reason to hold that the respondent has granted patta in favour of others in disobedience of the order passed by this Court.
3.As a result, recording compliance, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the respondent to seek remedy in the manner known to law, if she is aggrieved by the order including the name of petitioner's father-in-law.
