No. 1037 of 2022 dated 28.02.2025 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, until the disposal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Mr.Jaisingh, learned counsel, appeared on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3, 5 & 6 through Video Conference.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have already deposited the entire award amount, along with accrued interest and costs, to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.1037 of 2022 on 2/4

the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Tirunelveli.

4. In view of the above, there shall be an order of stay till the disposal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD)No.78 of 2026.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 02-02-2026 (2/2) mkn To The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Tirunelveli.
