ORDER
According to the petitioner, the second respondent has fraudulently obtained a Community Certificate and with the help of the same, he has obtained Village Administrative Officer job. In order to take action as against the second respondent, he has made several representations and alleging that the same has not been considered, he has moved this writ petition. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent is no more and therefore, he is not pressing this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the above submission and the endorsement so made, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
