When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 represented that the prayer sought by the petitioner with regard to specific date on 25.07.2015 was lapsed and the same has become infructuous. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and considered the fact that already particulate date sought for by the petitioner was lapsed and nothing survives for adjudication in this petition, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
