Prayer in W.P.(MD)No.4560 of 2014 : Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the third respondent dated 06.01.2014 in Na.Ka.No.
4059/2011/Pa3 and further order of the fourth respondent dated 11.02.2014 in Na.Ka.No.56/2011 and quash the same in so far as the proposal to regularise unauthorized illegal domestic water supply connections in the fourth respondent Town Panchayat and for a consequential direction to issue new domestic water supply connections only in accordance with registration seniority and by following due procedure as provided in the by-laws of the fourth respondent Town Panchayat.
