ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuing a writ of Mandamus for directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation, dated 10.06.2015 and consequently to survey the petitioner's land by fixing the boundary in S.Nos.1204 to 1218 to an extent of 320 acres and to issue patta based on some revenue records.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.On perusal of records, it appears that the petitioner in the representation, dated 10.06.2015, has claimed that he owned 320 acres of land in S.Nos.1204 to 1218 in Sirumalai Pudur Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.13588 of 2015 Dindigul District. No document has been produced to show how the petitioner claims title to the vast extent of land. No prior documents of title or revenue records is produced in support of the petitioner's claim over either before the Tahsildar or before this Court. In such circumstances, this Court is unable to entertain this writ petition.
