The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that even before referring the matter before the mediation, complaint given by the third respondent, after enquiry, was ordered to be closed.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner now filed a HMOP for divorce and the same is pending.
