When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner has already received all the benefits including the selection grade and special grade in the cadre of Secondary Grade Teacher, pursuant to the judgment of the Full Bench reported in 2017

(1) CWC 561, dated 09.12.2016. Thus, the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed.
