Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the issue of impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings order No.Pa.Nee.1/11143/2011 dated 26.11.2013 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to continue to pay all increments and other monetary benefits to the petitioner as per the original fixation. ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 13.08.2019, there was no representation on behalf the writ petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "For Dismissal". Accordingly, it is listed today i.e., 19.08.2019. Even today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the writ petitioner. In such circumstances, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution. 2.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
