ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner abused

the defacto complainant is filthy language and also assaulted him. Hence, the complaint.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, namely, Hebinsha, enquiry is pending before the respondent police. 3.Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
