Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABHU K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This is the second modification petition filed by the petitioner. The first modification petition was filed on the ground that the petitioner is facing harassment by the respondent police, so he was directed to appear before the Court. Now the 1/3

second petition for modification is filed on the ground that the petitioner is facing life threat and he has also given a complaint on that basis.

2. All these contentions of the petitioner cannot be taken into account. The petitioner cannot take advantage, by filing repeated petitions for modifications. The petitioner shall strictly comply the conditions. I find no reason to entertain this petition.
