2.This review application has been filed to review the order dated 06.08.2014 passed in W.P.(MD).No.12864 of 2014. 3.In the grounds of review, the second review petitioner has stated that the writ petitioner should deposit the amount before the District Revenue Officer, Tuticorin, otherwise, the order passed by this Court cannot be implemented. Hence, the direction issued in the writ petition stands modified by directing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- before the District Revenue Officer, Tuticorin and on such deposit, the order passed by the writ Court shall be complied with, if not already complied. 4.In view of the above, this review application is disposed of. No costs.
