Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent No.4 from interfering in the civil dispute and compelling the delivery of the possession to respondent No.5 in Survey No.1125/6 to an extent of 7 acres at Kurunji Andavar Koil Road, Vilpatti Panchayat, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already given a change of Vakkalat. But till date, no new counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for a Mandamus to forbear the fourth respondent from interfering with the civil dispute and compelling the delivery of the possession to the fifth respondent in Survey No.1125/6 to an extent of 7 acres at Kurunji Andavar Koil Road, Vilpatti Panchayat, Kodaikanal Taluk,
3. The Writ Petition is of the year 2014. The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition may now have become infructuous. By now, if the petitioner was really interested in prosecuting this Writ Petition, she would have engaged a new counsel. But, she has not chosen to do so. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this Writ Petition.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
