ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.08.2024. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the only endeavour of the petitioner is to repay the amount according to law. If a copy of the order passed by the 2nd respondent, which is of the year 2015, is furnished to the petitioner, the petitioner will pay the amount within 15 to 20 days. Insofar as the rest of things is concerned, he wants to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Therefore, he seeks a direction to the respondents to furnish the copy of the order, indicating the payment of money payable by the petitioner. 3.

Considering the request now made by the petitioner, I direct the authorities concerned to furnish the copy of the order passed by the 2nd respondent, indicating the amount payable by the petitioner, to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Insofar as other things are concerned, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
