2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents informs the Court that the police will keep out of the civil dispute. This statement was made even while denying the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the private respondents submits that the civil suit filed by the petitioner was dismissed and first appeal is pending as on date.
