O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2019.

2.There is a rival claim between the petitioner and second respondent as to the management of Kovilpatti Tamil Baptist Schools Association. Form - VII submitted by the second respondent was registered, against which, the petitioner has filed a petition, in which, the first respondent issued notice of hearing in proceedings No.2708/A2/2019, dated 10.07.2019. After that, no further action was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD) No.20909 of 2019 forthcoming. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent to dispose of his petition. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the second respondent would contend that Form - VII submitted by the second respondent has already been registered and it should be deemed that the Form - VII submitted by the petitioner is rejected.

4.Be that as it may. When a notice of hearing is issued, it is incumbent on the authority to consider the submissions made by both the parties and pass orders, either accepting or rejecting it. In view of the same, a direction is issued to the first respondent to have a personal hearing of the parties, both the petitioner and second respondent and other interested parties and pass orders on the petition filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks. 5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
