To call for the entire records connected with the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul in S.C.No.23 of 2016 dated 07.10.2020 and set aside the same and consequently acquit the appellant. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRAKASH R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2752 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD).No.171 of 2021 on 30.03.2021 by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 07.07.2023 and hence he prayed to relax the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police, on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m.
