Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's grievance is that in the petition mentioned site public toilet should not be put up. During the pendency of the writ petition, toilet has been put up in some other place. The petitioner's grievance no longer survives. If earlier proposal is revived, the petitioner can come to this Court again for relief.

3. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
