ORDER

Mr.PT.S.Narendravasan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner and Mr.B.Bhagawathi, learned Government Advocate, who has accepted notice on behalf of first respondent, are before this Court.

2.After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition, but made a plea that rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved for filing a revision to the District Revenue Officer against the impugned order being order dated 07.06.2019 bearing Reference No.Moo.Moo.A5/9427/2013 made by the first respondent (Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramanathapuram).
