Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks electricity service connection for the petition mentioned properties.

3. It appears that the connection was originally accorded and later it was disconnected based on the objection of the second respondent. It is not in dispute that the petitioner's father-in-law had filed a civil suit against the predecessor-in-title of the second respondent and he succeeded before the trial Court. The decree appears to have been subsequently reversed by the trial Court. But the petitioner filed review application No.5 of 2020.

4. In as much as the civil proceedings are still pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/3

2 W.P.(MD)NO.4722 OF 2014 between both the parties, this writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to revive her request based on the outcome of the civil proceedings. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
