PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the first respondent's impugned order vide his proceedings No.21731/dgl/2013/481 dated 16.10.2013 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to suspend the fifth respondent's cable TV operator license in LCO 46130 for 300 connections in Alagar Naikkanpatty, Pudhupatty Narasingapuram, Sithaiyankottai Town Panchayat, Athoor Taluk, Dindigul District and restore the petitioner's cable connection in LCO No.23029 by waiving the arrears amount.

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the Arasu Cable TV Corporation, which is no longer a Multiple System Operator after the advent of the Digital Signals. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
