(MD) No. 10711 of 2021, on the file of this Hon`ble Crourt and pass such other or further orders as this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHIL MURUGAN.C., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10711 of 2021, dated 05.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.
