Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records connected of the detention order passed in Detention Order M.H.S.Confdl.No.130 of 2022, dated 29.07.2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's son namely, Magesh, Son of Madasamy, Male, aged about 22 years, who is detained in the Central Prison, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District, before this Court and set him at liberty.
