ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.313 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent within a period fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.313 of 2023 on 21.07.2023 for the alleged offence under Section 420 IPC.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have not examined any witnesses so far and seeks two months time to file a final report before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
