[Judgment of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Assailing the order, dated 20.04.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P(MD)No.9024 of 2023, this intra Court appeal has been filed by the appellant / third party.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that the appeal filed by the first respondent/writ petitioner was disposed of on 08.08.2023 vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2908/A1/2023 and the Writ Petition, which was 2/5

filed seeking direction to dispose of the appeal filed by the writ petitioner, has itself become infructuous.

3.If the appellant is still aggrieved by the disposal of the appeal preferred by the first respondent/writ petitioner, it is open to him to challenge the same before the appropriate forum. 4.In view of the above, no further order is required in this Writ Appeal. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
