ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Rmt.Teekaa Raman J.) The learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondent based upon the instructions would state that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 20.02.2024 in WP.(MD).No.3769 of 2024, a notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 was initiated and as against that order one Arumugam has filed a Writ Petition in W.P.(MD).No.101 of 2025 and this Court appears to have been passed an interim stay on 07.01.2025 as per the docket sheet produced by the learned Special Government Pleader.
