ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that they have suspected that the petitioner is having role in Cr.No.97 of 2025, which is pending on the file of the third respondent Police. However, after verification, they have found that the petitioner is not having any role in the alleged case and he is not required in Cr.No.97 of 2025. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner.
