Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner challenges the impugned G.O.(Ms)No.142, Public Works Department dated 23.07.2014. The same has already been sustained by a learned Judge of this Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. The right of the authorities to take action under the said government order cannot be questioned. 3.Leaving open the other rights and remedies of the writ petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
