9 Manickavasagam , ..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records from the 6th respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.E5/7218/2018 dated 17.03.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 8 not to revoke the explosives license of the 9th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2018. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the order of the 6th respondent in Na.Ka.E5/7218/2018 dated 17.03.2018 and consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 8 not to revoke the explosives licence of the 9th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2018.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 9th respondent has passed away and cracker shop is not in existence.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
