4.Mr.Kannadasan ....Respondents PRAYER: This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the corpus or body of the Petitioner's husband namely Manikandan, son of Selvaraj, aged 32 years before this Court by rescuing him from the illegal detention and custody of the respondents and handed over him to the Petitioner.
