Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Mu.Mu.No.1326/A1/2022 dated on 10.07.2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 herein to transfer the petitioner from Sacred Heart High School, Irudhayar to St.Jospeh Middle School, Thidakottai in the light of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulations) Rules, 2023 in the place of 6th respondent and pass appropriate order of transfer within a time frame fixed by this court.

The petitioner has sought transfer on medical grounds and it was rejected by the respondents. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
