ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry, without following the due process of law, based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR No.877 of 2024 came to be registered and is pending for enquiry.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has also sent a complaint to the respondents 1 and 2 on 14.08.2024 but there was no action.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well 2/4

as to the third respondent and conduct enquiry in both the complaints and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
